It is one question that everybody wants an answer for. How do people get thousands of followers on Twitter within a short span of time? Why not me? I spent all the time on Twitter but it doesn’t help. How do I get more followers in less time?
Followers are like money. If you don’t have followers, people think that you’re not important, while actually you might be. You always try to get followed by Justin bieber but all gone in waste. Just Leave it, come on the topic.
And since Twitter is a “learning process” everybody has their own idea about how to get more followers, how to engage with them and what to tweet about.
While we’re at it, a good idea would be follow people who’ve been there, done it, rather than making assumptions ourselves and experimenting with it. Particularly, all the folks who had joined earlier from the start days carry a lot more experience than newbies and they know how to manage your followers and build a following. Let’s check out some of them.

Here Is My Two Cents or Ideas To Increase More Followers on Twitter
Twitter is essentially a communication tool, it has been modified to so many different ways by usage, so everyone has their own idea of using Twitter. Some think that its a marketing tool so they go around posting affiliate links to their tweets, while some think that Twitter is a communication medium so they use it as an alternative for their IM client. Twitter is a large source of getting more clicks and page views on posts for bloggers
However you use Twitter, there are some common things every twitter user agree on. Everybody needs a valid reason for following someone else on Twitter and that is the only thing that you should worry about.
What will you give to others if they follow you ? Ask yourself that question and do what you can. Nobody wants to follow you just because he’s your friend. If he doesn’t follow you he can save on some API’s at least. So give people a reason to follow you. Here are some tips that ay help you.
1. Share Values and Useful Things and Resources With People on Twitter
Give them links to interesting websites or blogs – Like funny pics or resource lists to free download googies. If you know them, share it with your followers. Most people like such stuff, there’s nobody who doesn’t. So if you want to get more followers share with them the useful resources , useful sites and useful blogs like MultiPlusTricks
2. Communicate Well With People on Twitter
Every human being like to talk with people who talk well to them. Try to talk in a good manner with people on Twitter.
Reply to interesting people, get in to discussions and make your point. Don’t just sit there watching the tweets flow, if you see opportunities in them, pounce right away, grab the opportunity and prove your point. It all adds up to your reputation. Try to get mentions from Twitter peoples.
3. Do Favours To Them And Get Them In Return As Well
There are lot of good things you can do people on Twitter. Retweet them, answer their questions, help them find and answer to questions, follow them on #followfriday. These are all things that will get you noticed and people will like. Do it in plenty and you are definitely going to get it back, if not all.

The credit goes to an IT educated youth crowd (which forms major part of the population) and rapid internet penetration, especially with the advent of mobile internet.

Huge traffic is a relative term. When I say huge traffic, I mean, in the order of thousands per day. A unique visitor count of 2000 per day sounds good. And I’m talking about those blogs that are struggling out there to get to that point where they want to reach.Yes, and a solid one that. Here’s how and why.
Irrespective of your blogs age or popularity, there’s one thing that always matter, stand out and grab people’s attention – content. If you know how to create quality content, then rest of the factors just disappear and you have nothing to worried about!
Everybody Says About "Content Quality" What is it? Lets Know About It First!
You might have heard about the phrase “Content is King”. Originally used by the Google folks, this phrase has been embraced by the web. In my opinion, it’s a misleading one.
Because, people rephrase “content” for their own comfort. But there is something that is agreeable to everyone as quality content. Or rather, let’s say there are some agreeable common qualities that you can spot in quality content across the web.
What are they ? Well, in short, content that is –
1) Unique in perspective
2) Rich with information from research
3) Is designed to be easily comprehensible and
4) Inducing a reaction in the reader.
I’m not going to explain each of them, as they’re fairly straightforward. Also, we are talking about how to make blog articles popular.
So, as I said the first thing and the most important step is to design content that has the common agreeable traits of “Quality Content”.
Digg - How it can help you to get traffic to your blog?
First off all, the new digg has lost its charm, however it works but not to that point to which the old Digg did. Not to the extent of saying that it can single handedly bring you thousands of visits, which was in fact actually possible with the old digg, but trying to say that it can still help.
The fact is that, everybody is trying to get traffic out of digg, so you have to be extremely clever or you end up being just a spam, who’s trying to make it big. Now, you don’t want that, do you ?
The Digg community is the jury of the internet. These people can, at the first look at a title figure out if your blog article is spam or not. The articles has to be convincing enough to the community in order to get voted up.
That doesn't mean that if you have a great article, your article straight goes up the chart on Digg – No. There are several power diggers in the community who can help push your article up the voting list – if your article is good that is.
So an important step is to make friends with these folks. Its not easy, if its something that you cannot invest time in, hire a influential social media promoter on Digg. I cannot tell you where to find them, as I said this is underground stuff, so you go figure that out !
But the reality is that, if your article is good enough, and is initially pushed up by the influential folks, then you’re job is half done. Diggs anywhere between 100-200 can give you a good amount of traffic though this is not guaranteed. There are several deciding factors such as “buries” where other digg users who consider your article promotional in nature (or just about as not good) might vote down your article.
But Digg is a great place to look out for if you want to build up traffic, investing lot of time that is.
How To Use Twitter To Bring Huge Traffic To Your Blog? Lets Know!
Tough one that. Actually not. But not easy for everyone. Getting huge traffic from Twitter is not difficult but it is easy.
The thing about Twitter is that, you have to have a huge network of friends. Or, you have to have a decent network with very high influential Twitter users. You have to increase your followers by spending a lot of time on twitter. Either way, you have to connect with influential Twitter folks.
Who are those influential guys on Twitter ? People with lot of followers, people who get retweeted much, people who has the credibility of getting clicks on their links tweeted.
If your article is good enough, first off ask a few people their opinion about it. Especially those Twitter users who tweet a lot of links and are influential. They might be able to give you insights about the “popularity quotient” of your article. Whether the article is actually shareable or not. With their suggestion, you might want to tweak the title/content of your article so that its all ready to go.
Ask the influential guys in your circle to tweet the article. Well, that’s easier said that done, isn’t it ? You got to have a lot of rapport with them before you ask for favors. This is up to you to go figure out how. I’ve written many article here explaining how to get retweeted.
But the core idea is again to design content that is Twitter friendly and shareable.
Once you have the right content, its just a matter of using the right channel to promote it and leverage on the corresponding traffic from that channel. Its easier said than done, but the important factor is that each social media channel has its own way of working and its on audience. As a content developer, what you have to do first is find out what those tastes are and how you can use it for your blog.
So there.. I said it, think of you as a content developer more than anything, not a promoter or a marketer. Because, these days, everyone is. Make a difference.
Hope! It may be helpful to you and for me too!
Just give me your support to me, let me know what do you want to read. Do comments so that i can know.
